Writing Letters

Yesterday we taught our young men how to write and address a letter. Afterwards we took a trip to the post office to drop them off.

During the lesson we talked about the importance of writing letters and why they matter. Letters are a wonderful surprise. An opportunity to communicate how important someone is to us.

Last week we all signed a card for one of our boys in program going through a hard time. He spoke and confirmed that it's true. The card we gave him made him feel noticed. He said it made him cry 😢

Write a letter. Send a text. Let someone know you’re thinking about them. ❤️💪
