He's just a really great mentor. I love Forerunner because you get to share the word of God with your brothers, and you get to hang out with your Forerunner brothers, and some of them you can see at school.

Imagine being a young man searching for purpose and meaning in the world. Searching for answers to the questions: Do I have what it takes to be a good man? Will I be all that I want to be one day? Will I be able to accomplish all my dreams? Will I be alone? What does it mean to be a man of God?

Young men are searching for their purpose, trying to fully be who they were created to be - men of God who fulfill their potential and leave a legacy behind.

It takes men and father figures showing up in the lives of these young men to see them fulfill their potential.

We want to see every boy in Lake Highlands have a mentor in his corner showing him the way into manhood. As our 2022-2023 Fiscal Year of mentoring programs draws to a close tomorrow, we want to say thank you for sowing into relationships like these over the past school year. For sowing into Sarah and her son, and so many others.

Your investment continues to provide more after-school programming for boys across Lake Highlands and match more boys with godly mentors in our community - inch by inch closing the gap between a hopeless future and a fulfilled potential.
