Summertime and the Livings Easy

Because of your support, we have had a productive and fun summer! Our Forerunners have been busy with numerous camps throughout the summer, but we’d like to highlight two of them today. 

Kids Across America (KAA)

KAA is a summer camp near Branson, Missouri that is transforming urban youth to impact their communities for Christ. Our young men and a few of our part-time staff spent a week having fun, building relationships, and hearing about the love Jesus Christ has for them. Whether it was in the pool, on the ropes course, or hanging out with their counselors, our Forerunners had a positive and productive week filled!

T Bar M Camps

The mission of T Bar M camps is to present Jesus Christ, teach His ways, and represent Him through an exciting, enthusiastic, and encouraging camp experience. We sent kids to two of their camps; our K-6th grade Forerunners went to Sports Camp in New Braunfels and our 7-12th grade Forerunners went to Camp Travis outside of Austin. Theme nights, time on the lake, and camp food were just a few of the highlights from our T Bar M camps! 

Partnership with Feed Lake Highlands

With both of these camps, we partnered with Feed Lake Highlands to work together to send as many students to these camps as possible. After all, both ministries have similar goals; to love on kids from our community in the name of Jesus.

We Couldn’t Have Done it Without You! 

Sending all of these kids to camp would have cost them tens of thousands of dollars out of their own pocket. Simply put, there is no way that they could have experienced what they experienced if it wasn’t for your generosity. So thank you. The boys, who got a week of fun, thank you. The moms, who got a week off, thank you. We thank you for all that you do to help us advance the Gospel in the name of Jesus Christ.
