5 Gs:
GOOD: What's something good that's happened since the last time we met?
GARBAGE: What's something that's been frustrating or weighing on you lately?
GOD: How has your relationship with God been going lately?
GRADES: How are your grades looking right now, and is there any class you're struggling with?
GIRLS: Is there any update on the girls in your life, or anything in that area you want to talk through?
Challenges:
Easy: Mentee commits to good attendance at program for a disclosed amount of time. Mentor commits to making it to work promptly for a disclosed amount of time. They hold each other accountable and celebrate their success or show forgiveness and grace with love if not upheld.
Medium: Mentor and mentee both choose a chore at the house that they will take responsibility for. Mentor and mentee both confirm with mentees mom on the completion of both of their chores.
Hard: Mentor and mentee both choose something that they need to take ownership and apologize for and go ask for forgiveness from said person. They share the experience with each other.

5 Gs:
GOOD: What's something good that's happened since the last time we met?
GARBAGE: What's something that's been frustrating or weighing on you lately?
GOD: How has your relationship with God been going lately?
GRADES: How are your grades looking right now, and is there any class you're struggling with?
GIRLS: Is there any update on the girls in your life, or anything in that area you want to talk through?
Challenges:
Easy: Mentor and mentee choose something to put someone else first (letting someone get a snack first, go first in line, sacrifice at the house, etc.)
Medium: Mentor challenges mentee to choose something in their life that they need help with and to ask for it. Mentor helps mentee when it is shared!
Hard: Mentor and mentee both challenge themselves to find someone in their life who will give them valuable feedback (coach at Forerunner or sports, someone at work, a parent, etc.). Mentor and mentee both ask for correction and then come back to discuss.

Challenges:
Easy: Mentor and mentee both choose one person in their life to express thankfulness to and talk about it.
Medium: Mentor and mentee exchange gifts!
Hard: Mentor invites mentee’s family to come over for dinner.

5 Gs:
GOOD: What's something good that's happened since the last time we met?
GARBAGE: What's something that's been frustrating or weighing on you lately?
GOD: How has your relationship with God been going lately?
GRADES: How are your grades looking right now, and is there any class you're struggling with?
GIRLS: Is there any update on the girls in your life, or anything in that area you want to talk through?
Challenges:
Easy: Mentor and mentee play two truths and a lie. They talk about lying and examples in their life where that has been harmful.
Medium:Mentor gives mentee $5 to buy a snack. Instead of keeping the snack, the mentee is challenged to give the snack to a friend at school. Mentee tells mentor about the experience.
Hard:Age appropriate Mentor is open / vulnerable about sexual purity life (can talk about what that looked like when they were the age of their mentee) and challenge their mentee to do the same.

5 Gs:
GOOD: What's something good that's happened since the last time we met?
GARBAGE: What's something that's been frustrating or weighing on you lately?
GOD: How has your relationship with God been going lately?
GRADES: How are your grades looking right now, and is there any class you're struggling with?
GIRLS: Is there any update on the girls in your life, or anything in that area you want to talk through?
Challenges:
Easy: Mentor and mentee both choose 3 people to honor with their words that week and talk about the experience. Preferable to try and honor a woman in their life.
Medium: Men of God honor their environment. Mentor and Mentee choose a place to go pick up trash together (White Rock Lake, school property, etc.).
Hard: Talk about a time when both mentor / mentee had a disagreement with someone and didn’t handle it respectfully. Seek making amends with those people in a respectful manner.

GARBAGE: What's something that's been frustrating or weighing on you lately?
GOD: How has your relationship with God been going lately?
GRADES: How are your grades looking right now, and is there any class you're struggling with?
GIRLS: Is there any update on the girls in your life, or anything in that area you want to talk through?
Challenges:
Easy: Mentor and mentee go over the Easter story together.
Medium: Mentor and mentee practice sharing the gospel with each other.
Hard: Mentor and mentee fast together (potentially discuss with staff person).

5 Gs:
GOOD: What's something good that's happened since the last time we met?
GARBAGE: What's something that's been frustrating or weighing on you lately?
GOD: How has your relationship with God been going lately?
GRADES: How are your grades looking right now, and is there any class you're struggling with?
GIRLS: Is there any update on the girls in your life, or anything in that area you want to talk through?
Challenges:
Easy: Mentor and mentee both choose someone to initiate prayer for this week unprompted. Mentor and mentee could do this together as well.
Medium: Mentor and mentee both choose one person that they can influence positively (invite to Forerunner or church, encourage someone, challenge someone lovingly to tell the truth, etc.). They both take initiative to lead this person and then come back to discuss.
Hard: Mentor challenges the mentee to schedule the next 3 times they hang out. The mentee has to take the initiative.
