What Do You Love About Your Mom?

I was in Coach Bailey’s class today while she was talking with a parent, so I told the boys I’d give dojo points (our reward system) for volunteers who would answer my question.

The question was, “What do you love about your mom?”

They had a lot to say - without anyone repeating answers or saying generic compliments either. Here are some of my favorite responses:

“She made me a person and she cares for me.”

“She takes care of me when I’m sick and she makes all of my food."

“She’s really nice to me. Sometimes she even lets me stay up late on special days."

“She’s very hardworking. She gets up at 3:30am everyday for work.”

“That’s easy - my mom is for real so pretty.”

Sounds like we're prepped for Mother's Day.
